Local previews and metadata cleanup

Selecting an image creates a preview in your browser. The separate local metadata cleanup tool re-encodes it in a canvas; that action does not send the image to our processing API. Re-encoding can change image data and does not prove that SynthID was removed.

Premium image processing

When you start premium processing, the image passes through our server to RemoveSynthID.com. This provider processes the image and temporarily hosts the result. Provider results expire, normally after about one hour; download available results promptly.

We store task identifiers, filenames, hashes, state, timestamps, quality warnings and accounting information to recover tasks and prevent duplicate charges. This version does not maintain a permanent image library. Our provider has its own retention and privacy practices.

Accounts and payments

Google supplies your verified email, provider identifier, name and profile picture when you sign in. Supabase stores account, task, credit and order records. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment details; we do not store your full card number.

Session cookies keep you signed in. This copy does not inherit the template’s advertising or analytics identifiers. Account details and private tasks are not shared as public marketing content.

Retention and your choices

You can clear local image previews by removing the files or closing the page. Financial and task records remain on the server for accounting, duplicate-charge prevention and support. There is no automated account-erasure function in this version.

For privacy and account-data requests, email support@synthidremover.art with your account email and a description of your request. Do not attach sensitive images.
